About
Fluent AI is a marketing consultancy that manages Google Ads campaigns for multiple client brands.
Our tool
We have developed an internal-only tool used exclusively by Fluent AI employees to improve the efficiency of managing client campaigns. The tool is not available to the public and clients do not log in directly.

Access & security
Access control
Only Fluent AI employees can access the tool (no external logins). Authentication is controlled through company-managed systems and VPN access.
Security practices
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow least-privilege IAM and strict secrets management practices.
Use of Google Ads API
Connection & scope
The tool connects to our Google Ads Manager Account using a service account. Scope used: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords
Permissible use
Campaign and ad creation/management, reporting, and monitoring in accordance with Google Ads API policies.
Privacy & data handling
Client data protection
No client credentials or logins are ever shared with this tool. All data access is limited to Fluent AI employees managing campaigns.
Data retention
Data is retained for reporting and trend analysis in accordance with client contracts and Google Ads API policy.
